Students must complete the online Athletic Clearance Process (including a physical performed by a MD, DO, PA, or NP) at least one day before tryouts/practice/games in order to participate. See Athletic Clearance page.
 

At your lunch time...

Go to MC-10 to check out a new uniform top (boys - compression / girls - tank top). If you want to borrow spikes for the season, there are also some sizes of loaner spikes available.

Practices/Meets:

Athletic Clearance Packet must be turned in at least one day prior to participation. Final day to join is Thursday, March 28th. There are no cuts other than for grades/attendance/citizenship. We are limited to 5 athletes in each event at each grade/gender to compete at meets. There will be regular time/distance trials to determine top 5 athletes.

 

Review your events and notify coach ASAP if you are not able to compete in your assigned event. This is a live document and changes will be made moving alternates into any open positions.

  • Friday, April 26 (Min Day) from 1:10-3:00PM **ONLY** 4x100 RELAY, 4x400 RELAY, THROWERS
Student-Athletes must be picked up from practice by 4:00 on Mondays, by 5:00 Tue-Fri, and by 3:00 on Minimum Days
Students not picked up on time following practices/meets may be removed from future participation on Track and Field.

Meet Schedule:

Meet Start Time 4:30PM
No Busses provided.
Please transport your student to the meet by 3:45.
Please be sure that your student has a ride at the conclusion of the meet.
